• Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs): Access current and archived FIRMs to check flood hazard areas, panel numbers, and index dates. Available at City Hall or the Holbrook City Library.

• Elevation Certificates: Obtain copies to assess property flood risks.

Flood Safety Tips:

• Avoid Floodwaters: Do not walk or drive through flowing water; 6 inches of moving water can knock you off your feet or stall a vehicle.

• Clear Debris: Keep ditches, streams, and storm drains free of trash and debris to prevent blockages. Report issues to City Hall at 928-524-6225.

• Flood Insurance: Homeowner’s insurance does not cover floods. Purchase a separate policy through the National Flood Insurance Program, available to all Holbrook residents. Contact your insurance agent for details.
